Read Before Use

LIMITED WARRANTY: All products are guaranteed to be free of defects in craftsmanship upon delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty is effective for 90 days from the date of purchase; proof of purchase is required. These warranty doses not apply to any product, which as been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence or unauthorized repair. The customer is responsible for a) delivery of the product to the manufacturer and b) payment of any initial shipping and handling charges. The manufacturer will upon receipt, exercise its option to repair or replace the product with a new or reconditioned product without charge.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF VEHICLE, CARGO OR PROFITS. OVER STRESSING OF THE PRODUCT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO STRAPS/ROPES, ANCHOR POINTS, CARGO AND/OR VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR IMPROPER USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

Return Policy

For all returns please call toll free 888.386.4271 or email sales@cargosafetyweb.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Return acceptance requirements, all products must be in their original packaging with all parts & pieces and in good condition. The original purchaser will be responsible for 25% restocking fee, shipping cost and handling unless the product is deemed defective in craftsmanship. If the product is defective SafetyWeb Products will pay for the shipping within the continental United States.
